Service NSW, the issuing authority, is conveniently located near the Ramsay Clinic Cremorne, approximately 948 meters away.
To confirm eligibility, a medical report from a healthcare professional is required to validate your mobility condition. Applicants can submit forms online or visit a service center in person. Understanding these foundational steps is crucial for accessing the designated spaces throughout Cremorne Point.

For those unable to attend in person due to their conditions, photo exemptions are available. This option streamlines the process considerably.
