A poster that sends renters straight to you
Your kit draws the poster for you from your listing: a big headline, the area, your space details and price, and your contact details in a box. Tear-off tabs along the bottom mean people walking past can take your number with them.

Is the Parking Provider Kit really free?
Yes. Pricing your space, posting it on Parksy, the tear-off poster, the rental agreement and the dispute steps are all free for signed-in members, with no VIP membership needed. Visitors can use the Space Value Calculator without an account, then sign up free to post their space and open their kit.
How do I get my kit?
Work out a price with the Space Value Calculator, then post your space on Parksy. Your listing form opens with your area and suggested price filled in, and as soon as you publish, your kit opens with your details already in the poster and the agreement. You can come back to it any time from this page.
Does the poster show Parksy branding?
No. The poster shows only your own contact details and your space details, with tear-off tabs so people can call, text or email you directly. There is no Parksy logo, web address or QR code on it.
What goes into the rental agreement?
Your name and contact details, the address of the space, the rent and how often it is paid, a notice period (30 days unless you change it), access times and the small claims route for your country. You can change any field before you print it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Can I save the poster and agreement as a PDF?
Yes. On the website, choose Print or save as PDF, then Save as PDF in the print window. In the Parksy app, tap Download PDF to save, share or print the file.
What if something goes wrong with a renter?
Talk first and write down what you agree. If you still cannot agree, the Parksy AI assistant can help you both talk it through using general fair-dealing principles. If it is still not resolved, your kit shows the small claims route for your country. Parksy is not a party to private rentals and does not decide disputes.
