Your Money Comes Back
Website refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to show. Google Play refunds go back to the Google Play payment method.
Bought VIP in the Parksy App?
If you paid through the App Store, Apple handled the payment, so Apple handles the refund under its own rules. Ask Apple on Request a refund from Apple.
If you paid through Google Play, message us from the Help chat within your first 30 days and we'll refund your most recent payment (one refund per membership). After that, Google's Google Play refunds rules apply.

Money-Back Guarantee: Common Questions
What Does the Guarantee Cover?
Your most recent VIP payment, monthly or yearly, if you ask within your first 30 days of VIP. You don't need to give a reason. It is one refund per membership and does not cover earlier payments.
What If It Has Been More Than 30 Days?
The money-back guarantee only applies in your first 30 days. You can still cancel VIP at any time (see How to Cancel), so you won't be charged again. If something has gone wrong with a payment, message us from the Help chat.
Do I Lose VIP Straight Away?
No. VIP stays on while we review your request. When the refund is approved, your VIP membership ends and your account goes back to the free plan, so you can keep searching, contacting and listing free.
I Paid in the App. Can Parksy Refund Me?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by Parksy. Use the Apple refund link above. If you paid through Google Play, message us from the Help chat within your first 30 days and we'll refund your most recent payment (one refund per membership). After that, Google Play's refund rules apply. Cancelling your subscription in the store stops future charges.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once approved, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account.
Can I Join VIP Again Later?
Yes. You can join VIP again whenever you like from the VIP and Free plans page.
