You can cancel VIP at any time, and it stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. How you cancel depends on where you joined.
Joined on the Parksy Website (Not Through the iPhone or Android App)
Cancel VIP
Tap Manage or cancel VIP, then cancel your membership. You won't be charged again, and VIP stays on until the end of your current period.

Joined in the Parksy App on iPhone or iPad (App Store)
Apple handles App Store payments, so you cancel and request refunds with Apple.
- Cancel: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Parksy VIP, then Cancel Subscription. Or open Manage your App Store subscriptions.
- Refund: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides App Store refunds.
Joined in the Parksy App on Android (Google Play)
Google Play handles the payment.
- Cancel: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Parksy VIP, then Cancel subscription. Or open Google Play subscriptions.
- Refund: within your first 30 days, message us from the Help chat and we'll refund your most recent payment (one refund per membership). After that, Google's Google Play refunds rules apply.

Not Sure Where You Joined?
Open My Account, then VIP & billing, then Manage or cancel VIP. It shows whether your VIP is billed by Parksy, Apple or Google. You can also message us from the Help chat and we'll tell you.
Deleting Your Account?
Deleting your Parksy account cancels website and Google Play billing for you. If you joined on an iPhone or iPad, cancel in your iPhone Settings as well. Apple doesn't let apps cancel App Store subscriptions. See Delete Your Parksy Account.
I Cancelled, So Why Do I Still Have VIP?
That's expected. VIP stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. When that period ends, your account switches back to the free plan.
Does Deleting the App Cancel My VIP?
No. Removing the Parksy app from your phone doesn't stop your membership or its billing. Cancel using the steps above for where you joined.
What Happens to My Account When VIP Ends?
Your free Parksy account stays. You can still search for parking, contact parking providers and list a space for free. VIP features, such as one-tap help from a real person, Price Watch and every search filter, switch off at the end of your paid period.
Can I Rejoin VIP Later?
Yes, you can rejoin at any time on the Parksy website or in the app. Your locked-in rate only applies while you stay VIP, so if you rejoin later you pay the price shown at that time.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Website refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases go back through Apple or Google and follow their timing.
I Was Charged After I Cancelled. What Now?
A charge dated before you cancelled is for a period that had already started. If you were charged after you cancelled, message us from the Help chat with the email address on your account and we'll look into it. For App Store charges, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
