Medical Documentation and Council Assessment Process

Incomplete or unclear documentation can significantly delay the entire process. Wollongong City Council reviews each application carefully to ensure there is a genuine need and community fairness.
After you submit certified documents along with your application form, council officers conduct a formal assessment. Approval timelines vary based on the completeness of documentation and the current workload. Successful applicants receive their permits, along with guidelines about space locations and usage rules.
