Eligibility depends on specific medical conditions that significantly limit mobility or result in legal blindness. You can apply as an individual or through an agent, such as a parent or carer. The process requires medical certification from a doctor or occupational therapist. Additionally, you may need to provide extra documentation, like a Vision Impairment Travel Pass if applicable. Residents of Varsity Lakes, especially those near Bond University and the Varsity Lakes Day Hospital, benefit from proximity to facilities that offer designated accessible spaces throughout the area.
