Those classified as legally blind should provide specific identification cards, such as the Vision Impairment Travel Pass. Medical certification works as an alternative if you do not have the card. The entire process typically takes just a few weeks. After approval, you'll receive your permit and gain immediate access to designated parking bays across Westlake. This includes spaces at the Westlake Shopping Centre and nearby medical facilities on Westlake Drive.
