Creating an account is free and takes about a minute. Use the sign-up form on the Parksy homepage, or use one of the Continue with buttons on this page to sign up with an account you already have. Either way you are signed in straight away, with nothing to approve or activate. A paid VIP membership adds unlimited access on top of the free account, and you can see what it includes on the Pricing page.
Use an address you actually check. It is where password resets, receipts and replies to your listing enquiries are sent, and being able to open that inbox is how you prove the account is yours if you ever get locked out. A personal address is usually safer than a shared work inbox for that reason. If you think you will sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook, sign up with the same address those accounts use, otherwise you can end up with two separate Parksy accounts holding different favourites and listings.
Yes. The buttons below the login form sign you in with an account you already have, so there is no extra password to remember. The first time you use one, we create your Parksy account from the email address that provider gives us. Use the same button each time you come back. Signing in with a different provider that carries a different email address will create a second, separate account rather than open your existing one.
Use the Reset your password link at the top of this page. Enter the email address or username on your account and we send a one-time link that logs you in and lets you set a new password. Those links expire, so if the email has been sitting in your inbox for a while, request a fresh one. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and confirm you are using the address you originally signed up with. If you created the account with Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook, use that button instead, since there is no Parksy password on the account until you set one.
Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and Gmail and Outlook also show a one-click unsubscribe next to the sender name. Either one removes you from the marketing list immediately, with nothing to confirm. That covers marketing only. Service emails tied to your account, such as password resets, payment receipts and replies to your listing enquiries, keep arriving while the account is open, because those are messages you asked for rather than promotion. If you want those to stop as well, close the account.
Log in, go to My account, open Subscriptions and click Cancel next to your membership. That stops any future renewal, so nothing more is charged. There is no notice period and no need to email us. Your Parksy account stays open as a free account afterwards, and you keep your listings and favourites.
Log in, go to My account and click Delete my account. Deletion is permanent and also removes any parking listings you have posted, so download anything you want to keep first. If you currently pay for a membership, cancel that first under Subscriptions, because deleting the account on its own does not stop the billing. You are welcome to re-join at any time, just sign up again with the same email address.
