NSW Parking Penalties Apply When an Ashfield Limit Is Exceeded
Overstaying a signed Ashfield parking limit can result in a New South Wales penalty notice, and the published NSW penalty schedule lists $140 for an overstaying offence (Chalked). A disabled-space offence can reach $704 under the same published schedule, so using a restricted accessible bay without the required entitlement is substantially more costly than an ordinary time-limit breach.
Revenue NSW handles payment and review options for NSW penalty notices, including a penalty reminder notice that provides another 28 days to pay the original fine amount before further fees apply (Go To Court).
