How Signs and Permits Control Parking in Dawes Point
One Bond Car Park is a commercial facility operated by Wilson Parking, with casual hourly, night and weekend parking plus permanent monthly parking, so its conditions are operator conditions rather than a council free-parking concession (wilsonparking.com.au). A disabled permit or resident authorisation does not make a general street space free for every driver, and a driver may use such a concession only where the relevant NSW or City of Sydney signs and eligibility requirements allow it.

The Rocks also records only limited street parking along Hickson Road and Lower Fort Street, so those bays are a poor reserve for a high-demand visit (therocks.com).
One Bond Car Park at 20 Windmill Street in Walsh Bay is the named nearby alternative for drivers who cannot find a lawful street bay. Wilson Parking says the facility is open seven days and offers casual hourly, night and weekend parking, as well as permanent monthly parking (wilsonparking.com.au).

A penalty reminder notice gives an additional 28 days to pay the original fine amount without extra fees (gotocourt.com.au). A driver who disputes a notice can use the review or challenge process stated on the penalty notice; payment or review should follow the issuing authority’s instructions rather than relying on the parking operator’s casual rates.
