In Harris Park, a driver who remains beyond a signed limit or uses a restricted loading zone can therefore face enforcement under the applicable NSW rule. The free Sunday status of Marion Street Car Park does not authorise a driver to ignore other signs or restrictions attached to a parking space.
A NSW parking-fine summary lists $140 for overstaying and up to $704 for parking in a disabled space (chalked.cc). The amount depends on the breach recorded on the penalty notice, so the disabled-space figure is not a general Harris Park overstay charge. NSW fine guidance states that the penalty notice carries the due date for payment, and NSW penalty matters can be managed through the Service NSW app or by phone on 1300 138 118 (lakemac.com.au).
