Brisbane time limits, permits and registration rules for free sessions
Brisbane Council’s 15-minute free parking requires vehicle registration at a meter or registration through a mobile parking payment app. Brisbane Council warns that failing to register the session can result in a fine (brisbane.qld.gov.au). The meter or sign at each Brisbane space determines the applicable time limit and conditions, because Brisbane’s parking zones and operating periods differ.
Brisbane parking and stopping rules apply at all times unless a signed area states otherwise (qld.gov.au).
