Parksy Parking Near New London for Full Free Lots
A Parksy parking lot in New London is 2.0 miles away and costs $0.50 an hour, making it a low-cost fallback for drivers who cannot use a free city space. A second New London parking lot at the same 2.0-mile distance also costs $0.50 an hour and includes EV charging, which suits an electric vehicle when the free options are occupied.
The Parksy New London lots are described as 24/7 parking, so they suit drivers who need access beyond a temporary downtown opening or who are arriving outside a winter parking operation. The two spaces are priced options rather than free parking, but their $0.50-an-hour rate can be useful for a longer visit when circling for an unrestricted street space would be impractical.

The city’s winter notice applies that enforcement to the downtown ban, the odd-side or posted-side street rules, and the named snow problem areas (newlondonct.gov).
