Your Rights When Wrongfully Towed in Waterfall
Being wrongfully towed near Waterfall Plaza or along local streets is deeply frustrating. You have specific legal rights in this situation. First, dispute the towing directly with the towing company, providing photographic evidence of your parked vehicle and surrounding signage. Document everything: timestamps, sign visibility, parking conditions. If the company won't budge, escalate to SAPOL with your evidence package.
