Enforcement is taken seriously in Beacon Heights. Parking without a valid disability permit in an accessible space can result in fines reaching $250 CAD. This penalty reflects the community's commitment to protecting these spaces for those who genuinely need them. Violations are reported to Alberta Transportation and can affect future permit applications.
