Getting Your Accessible Parking Permit in Markham

This certification must confirm your mobility limitations, which could be permanent or temporary. Once you have the certification, complete the official application form and submit it to Ontario Services. The whole process takes about two weeks.
Your certification must document how your disability affects walking or requires assistive devices. A doctor, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist can provide this necessary documentation. After approval, your accessible parking permit will arrive, and it will include a clear expiry date. Be sure to display it prominently on your dashboard. This way, bylaw officers can recognize your eligibility instantly.
