Accessible bay dimensions are strictly regulated at 3.6 meters wide, accommodating wheelchair users safely. Misuse carries serious consequences: fines reach up to £1,000 for Blue Badge abuse or parking in designated spaces without a valid permit.
Understanding your legal obligations prevents costly penalties and respects community members who depend on these spaces.
