Alexandria Parking Fines and NSW Enforcement
A vehicle in Alexandria can also be affected by a no-stopping or other sign-based infringement when it is left outside the permitted conditions.
NSW councils must provide a penalty notice and photographic evidence for ticketless parking infringements, so enforcement can be documented without a paper ticket on the windscreen (NRMA). A driver can pay or review the penalty through the NSW fines process, while a challenge requires using the review options attached to the penalty notice. The amount and infringement category on the notice determine the applicable response, rather than whether the original space was free.
