Town Hall has chargeable hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm on weekends and bank holidays only (fylde.gov.uk). A free period outside those hours does not remove restrictions on marked bays or areas reserved for another user.

St Annes Swimming Pool includes seven staff-only bays, and North Beach includes ten reserved coastguard bays. The council lists disabled bays separately at North Promenade, St Annes Swimming Pool, Fairhaven Road, North Beach and Town Hall; a disabled badge does not turn a staff, café-customer or reserved bay into a general parking space.
