St Martins School restrictions and cheaper Oswestry parking when bays fill
Outside St Martins School on the B5070, waiting restrictions protect children arriving at and leaving school during pick-up and drop-off times (Shropshire Council). The restriction makes the school frontage a poor choice for stopping at busy school times, particularly when nearby on-street spaces are already occupied.
Drivers continuing towards Gobowen can use a named parking space in Gobowen 1.9 miles away at £2.61 an hour, or parking near Robert Jones Hospital 2.0 miles away at £0.90 an hour.
