Monaco parking fines and how to deal with a notice
Monaco’s official fines service states that the amount payable is shown on the fine notice (monservicepublic.gouv.mc). The notice is therefore the document that determines the amount for the individual parking offence, rather than a single penalty figure applying to every case.
If the fine notice is illegible, Monaco’s public-service guidance says that the driver can request further information by email (monservicepublic.gouv.mc). The same official service also provides for appeals, so a driver who disputes the notice should use the appeal route specified by the authority.
