Scottsdale parking violations, payment deadlines, and hearings
Scottsdale requires a driver who receives a Notice of Parking Violation to respond within thirty calendar days of issuance. Scottsdale allows payment online, by mail to Parking Violations, PO Box 1570, Scottsdale, AZ 85252, or in person at the Business Services Office, 7447 E. Indian School Road Ste 110. Scottsdale also allows a hearing request online, by email, mail, or in person, with signatures required on email and mail correspondence (scottsdaleaz.gov). After thirty days, Scottsdale says the fine may increase, a complaint and summons may be issued, and failure to respond can add state and city time-payment and default fees, collection fees, and a default judgment.
