Resident permits provide essential access to designated bays on busy streets like Roehampton Lane, where Queen Mary's Hospital and Huntercombe Hospital dominate the landscape. Businesses can secure their own permits to support customer access, while trade permits help contractors navigate projects throughout the area efficiently.
The council recognizes that one solution doesn't fit everyone. Visitor permits give flexibility for guests staying with Roehampton residents, and temporary permits accommodate special events or larger gatherings. Wandsworth Council manages these allocations carefully to balance resident needs with community demands. Each permit type reflects thoughtful planning by local authorities who understand Roehampton's parking challenges.
