Your Rights When Wrongfully Towed

The city mandates that the owner of the vehicle must be notified about the towing, either through personal contact or a letter sent to their registered address. If you do not receive this notification, you may have grounds to dispute the charges and seek compensation. Improper vehicle impounding can happen due to unclear signage or parking zone misunderstandings, particularly near downtown areas and transit hubs like the Connector station.
