Employers increasingly offer transit subsidies for employees commuting from downtown stations like West San Carlos - First Street. These emerging options reflect how San Jose's nearly 1 million residents are reshaping transportation habits. By diversifying your approach (combining occasional metered parking with monthly permits or peer networks) you'll optimize costs while maintaining convenient access throughout the city.
