This rental agreement details the rental of the car parking space known as:

The landlord will grant the tenant use of space for the hours of
{x to x on Monday}, {x to x on Tuesday},{x to x on Wednesday},{x to x on Thursday},{x to x on Friday}{x to x on Saturday}, {x to x on Sunday}
For the period {start date} to period {end date} at the rental rate of {x} per month on a {weekly} {monthly} basis.
A deposit of {x} will be required for items associated with use of the space from the tenant which will be refunded on return of said items. {These items are one car park access fob and one parking permit}. The deposit will not be refunded if these items are not returned.
Payment for rental must be received by the Landlord in full in advance, or where the rental period is greater than one month, on a monthly basis on the {date} of each month.
The landlord assumes no responsibility for any damage to person or property arising out of this rental.
The landlord assumes no responsibility for costs arising from any infringement of the parking rules set out by the authority controlling the car park.
The landlord reserves the right without remuneration to post temporary restrictions to parking for purposes of facility cleaning and maintenance.
This rental cannot be sublet, assigned or transferred.
Failure to abide by the above conditions is cause for revocation of this agreement. This agreement can be terminated at any time by either the landlord or tenant where 7 days notice is provided. On termination of the agreement any refund owed of advance payment and/or deposit must be competed within 21 days. Any unpaid rental amounts must be paid within 7 days.
