Where do the Price Watch numbers come from?
From the prices on real Parksy listings that match your search, in the currency most of them use. We show the middle 80% of prices so one odd listing cannot skew the range. Prices for long-term rentals may be pro-rata.
How do spot alerts work?
Save a location you park at often and we let you know when a new parking spot lists near it.
Can I still search for free?
Yes. Searching, seeing each listing's price and contacting owners is free and stays free. VIP adds the local price range on every search, alerts, every filter and ad-free search.
What is included in the VIP membership?
VIP is a parking assistance membership. It includes everything in the free plan, plus one-tap help from a real person by email, WhatsApp, Messenger or SMS; unfair fine and ticket guidance, where a real person reviews your appeal and you get 10x entries in the weekly Fine & Tow Rescue Payout Draw, which can pay back a fine or tow and clamp release fees (up to US$259); towed or clamped rescue help; Price Watch and spot alerts; every search filter, higher AI limits and saved history; ad-free search; the Parking Made Easy eBook; and a 30-day money-back guarantee. What is the difference between the free plan and VIP?
The free plan covers searching, contacting and listing at no cost, plus the free AI tools (the AI Appeal Writer, Sign Scanner and Find My Car), and it stays free. VIP adds a real person when parking goes wrong: help with unfair fines and tickets, towed or clamped cars and lost cars, 10x entries in the weekly Fine & Tow Rescue Payout Draw, plus Price Watch, spot alerts, every filter, higher AI limits and ad-free search. Put simply, the free plan gives you the tools; VIP puts a real person on your side.
How does the weekly Fine & Tow Rescue Payout Draw work?
It is one weekly draw with one winner. Email us a photo of your parking fine, or your itemised tow, impound, clamp release, car park lost-ticket or overstay receipt, to enter that week's draw. Entries close 11:59pm Sunday (Sydney time) and one winner is drawn each Monday at 10:00am, and we transfer the amount of that fine or those release fees directly to the winner, up to US$259. Every registered Parksy account can enter, and the fine or rescue must be dated after a 30-day wait; VIP members go in with 10x entries. Police seizures for driving offences and costs covered by insurance are excluded. Separately, the AI Appeal Writer that drafts your appeal letter is free with any account.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your VIP membership at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. Your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?
If you're not satisfied with your VIP membership for any reason within the first 30 days, contact our support team and we'll refund your most recent payment. No questions asked.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Both plans include every VIP benefit. The yearly plan is US$60 a year, compared with US$120 for 12 months paid monthly, a saving of about 50%.
Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. You'll receive a prorated credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
