Parkify (parkify.ca) is a free parking ads platform for Canada, owned by Dhandaz Tech, a company based in Brampton, Ontario. It works like a classifieds board: people with a spare driveway, garage, lot or storage space post an ad, and drivers contact them through the platform. A separate region covers the USA.

How Parkify works
- Search by postal code, your current location or the map.
- Open a listing to see the asking price, facilities such as a security camera, covered parking or in-out access, the vehicle type it suits and the date it was listed.
- Log in and use the Message button to contact the owner through Parkify's messaging system.
- Agree the details and payment with the owner directly. Parkify's own site notes that scams are still possible and advises verifying listings independently before you commit.

Ads cover driveways, garages and lots for cars and SUVs, motorcycles, RVs, vans and boats, multi-vehicle storage, and commercial truck and trailer parking. City pages cover Ontario (including Toronto, the GTA, Ottawa and Hamilton), Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan.
Pricing
Parkify is free for both drivers and space owners: there is no fee to post an ad and no credit card is required. Rent is set by each owner and agreed with them directly, so prices vary widely by city and type of space. For example, ads we saw in September 2026 included a Toronto garage space at $300 a month and a Burnaby underground space at $190 a month. Always check the ad itself for the current price.
Safety and verification
Parkify says it uses spam-reduction filters that mask personal contact details, location cross-referencing, Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare security. Its FAQ also states that it does not independently verify listings or user identities, so treat any ad with normal caution: see the space before you pay and avoid untraceable payment methods.
